Because our products include physical puzzle kits and downloadable activity sheets, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Digital Products (Printable Worksheets / PDFs)
All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This is due to the nature of downloadable content, which cannot be returned.
If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
2. Physical Products (Puzzle Kits)
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for physical puzzle kits once the order has been shipped.
However, we will provide a replacement in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The package is incomplete
To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We will review the request and resolve it as quickly as possible.
3. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Cancellation requests will only be considered before shipment.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital downloads
- Used or partially used physical products
- Products damaged due to misuse
